Add ability to plug a custom page cleaning script when creating pages

Introduce an extension point so that users could plug some page cleaning script to clean up page names when creating pages in the Create Page UI, so that if they need to do this they won't need to override the create.vm which makes it harder to upgrade XWiki.

Example usage: replace spaces with underscores.
