Cerulean theme is selected by default in the Page Administration

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Select a page
      3. Click on More Actions > Administer Page > Look & Feel > Themes
      4. Observe the default selection in Color Theme
      5. Click on Save without making any changes

      Expected results: The Iceberg theme appears as the default theme.

      Actual results: The Cerulean theme appears as the default theme, when the user click on Save the theme changes from Iceberg to Cerulean.
