Breadcrumbs doesn't work correctly for non-admin users

    Description

      After upgrading XWiki version from 10.6 to 10.11, breadcrumbs drop-down menu stopped working correctly for non-admin users. Only an empty bubble is displayed.

      Breadcrumbs navigation for currently displayed items still works.

      Issue doesn't reproduce for the admin user.

      I suppose it's a permission issue and that I maybe need to update something after the upgrade. There was no change in permissions or configuration after the upgrade process.
