Update the Notifications filter when a page is moved/renamed

Users would like to see notifications when pages are renamed or moved.

Details of the use case: 

Notification subscriptions are not updated during the Page Move/Rename update process. A user has subscribed to notifications for "Page A", which is renamed "Page B". The user is notified of page deletion, but the notification subscription remains for "Page A". He must manually find "Page B" and re-subscribe to notifications.

It would also be recommended to add a filter in the user profile section that would refer to the rename (moved) action.
