Start the office server with a progress bar

    Description

      Right now when you go to the Admin UI and to the Office Admin UI, you can press "start" to start the office server. When doing so, the page waits to refresh until the server is started which provides a bad experience for the user.

      It would be better to refresh the page and provide a progress bar.
