The annotation highlighting is not displayed properly on a text containing non-breakable spaces

Steps to reproduce:

• Enable annotations
• Create a page using the following content:

Titularbischof von Antinoe und Förderer der katholischen Kirche in Südindien. 

The rendered HTML content in the WYSIWYG using the developer tools from the browser:

<p>Titularbischof von Antinoe und&nbsp;Förderer der katholischen Kirche in Südindien.</p>

• Add an annotation for the first word "Titularbischof"
• Add an annotation for "Antinoe und Förderer"

Result:

• the 2nd highlighting is not displayed:

Expected result:

• both highlights should be displayed
