Navigation tree disappears in case of forbidden page

Reproduction steps:

• Create a user foobar
• Create a new page Test with admin and deny access to foobar
• Login as foobar and access Test

Expected result:

• the Test page is forbidden but the Navigation panel allows to get back on the Main page

Obtained result:

• the Test page is forbidden but the Navigation panel becomes empty

The javascript console is empty.
