Cached async rendering results associated with rights checks are invalidated too often

    Description

      Because XWIKI-16748 (actually caused by XWIKI-16381) we had to remove the code that was making sure that the right change was really affecting the cache element before invalidating it. Fixing XWIKI-16381 and putting back that code help keep cached results a lot longer in the cache.
