Allow to use LibreOffice with several threads

By default, jodconverter relies on LibreOffice by using only one thread, and XWiki currently doesn't allow to change this configuration. This can be a problem in case of wiki relying a lot on import/export features, since all requests to LO are blocking and never performed in parallel.
