Distribution Wizard should propose to uninstall invalid extension which are no longer needed

    Description

      Right now if an extension is not a dependency of the flavor anymore there is 2 possibilities:

      • there is no available upgrade/repair: you don't have any idea about it, that's https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-11700
      • it's possible to upgrade/repair the extension: you can upgrade/repair the extension

      You should always see those extensions and have the possibility to:

      • uninstall (default proposed action since that's the most common use case especially when it's invalid)
      • make it a top level extension instead of a dependency if you want to keep using it for itself
