driver.navigate().refresh() does not work anymore

Since the upgrade of Selenium (XCOMMONS-862) the usage of driver.navigate().refresh() is not working anymore on our build docker containers (https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-jenkins-agent). The error is that apparently the browser does not manage to reach the right page, and end up on an URL such as:

Reached error page: about:neterror?e=connectionFailure&u=http%3A//localhost%3A8080/xwiki/bin/edit/XWiki/Foo%3Fform_token%3DrbelyzmRPrwaKNy8lstr2Q%26&c=UTF-8&f=regular&d=Firefox%20can%E2%80%99t%20establish%20a%20connection%20to%20the%20server%20at%20localhost%3A8080.
