Page menus should not hide if the user clicks on their headers or on separators

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to a page
2. Click on 'More Actions' menu
3. Click on a header from this menu ('Manage', 'Actions' or 'Viewers')
4. Click on 'Edit' menu to display the drop-down
5. Click on the separator below the 'Inline form'

EXPECTED RESULTS

Even if the menus headers or separators are clicked on, the menus are still displayed (do not hide).

ACTUAL RESULTS

When headers or separators are clicked, the menus hide and the user needs to click again on the 'Edit' drop-down or on 'More Actions' for these menus to be re-displayed.

This can cause frustration for users if they fail to click (by mistake) on some menu options.
