Allow to migrate ratings data from one "store" to another

There is currently two different ways for storing Ratings data:

• in the rated document directly (default manager)
• in a separate document (separate manage)

It's possible to switch from one store to another by changing the configuration, however changing the config won't perform a migration of already existing data.
