When adding an annotation the focus should be inside WYSIWYG by default

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login
2. Select some text
3. Press CTRL+M to add an annotation

EXPECTED RESULTS

The focus is inside WYSIWYG editing box, so the user can start typing right away and doesn't have to click to bring the focus in.

ACTUAL RESULTS

When annotation WYSIWYG is displayed, the focus is outside the editing box, requiring the user to click inside it to begin typing.

This helps improve the user experience.
