The comment button doesn't focus the WYSIWYG editor that gets inserted

When clicking on the "comment" button, one's intent is most likely to write a comment. A WYSIWYG editor is inserted, but one has to wait for it to appear and then to click a second time to focus it in order to start writing.

I believe the WYSIWYG editor should be focused when it loads.
