Comment 'Reply' button is missing after adding a comment and refreshing the page

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login
      2. Go to a page
      3. Click 'Comment' button
      4. Add some text
      5. Click 'Add comment'
      6. Refresh the page (or navigate to another page)
      7. Observe the comment section and the comment posted

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      All buttons are present near the comment posted: 'Reply', 'Edit', 'Permalink' and 'Delete' buttons.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The 'Reply' button is missing (from all pages where are comments posted) and doesn't appear even if the comment is edited and then saved again.

      However, it appears to be showing right after another comment is added, but still missing if the page is refreshed once again after that.

      The issue could not be reproduced on XWiki 12.7 RC1 or XWiki 12.6.1.
