Users land to a (broken) page with missing elements when adding a reply to an annotation

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login
      2. Select some text
      3. Press CTRL+M and insert a word for example
      4. Click 'Add annotation'
      5. Click on the small yellow icon from the annotation
      6. Click 'Reply' button

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      The user is directed to the comments section where a reply can be added under the previously added annotation.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The user is redirected to what is seems a comment section, but the page is missing most of XWiki page elements (like Panels, Navigation bar, footer).

      Only some buttons are displayed (but wrongly placed), which when they're clicked nothing happens.

      The issue could not be reproduced in XWiki 12.6.1.
