RSS Notifications have no title in case of RecordableEvent

    Description

      The RSS notifications define the title by taking the event title. However the Notifications API does not define how to specify the title for RecordableEvent and the default converter never set this value.
      Right now the only way to have a title is by defining a specific converter for the event.
