RSS feed is displaying wrong notification titles

Reproduction steps:

• Create a user
• Go to notification settings and switch off the minor even alert filter
• Create a page and ensure the user is watching it and that page update are enabled
• With another user, comment that page
• Check notifications alerts and open the RSS feed

Expected result:

• the notification alert displays 1 notification saying a comment has been added
• the RSS feed displays 1 notification with a title saying a comment has been added

Obtained result:

• the notification alert displays 1 notification saying a comment has been added
• but the RSS feed displays 1 notification with a title saying the page has been updated

The issue doesn't reproduce if the filter is switched off.
