      As proposed on https://forum.xwiki.org/t/new-api-for-ratings/7418/ we're moving xwiki-platform-ratings to the attic in order to propose a new sound API.
      The name of the new API will be defined by the result of https://forum.xwiki.org/t/drop-backward-compatibility-on-old-ratings-api/7470
