Livedata Action Displayer

Add a special Livedata displayer for displaying entry actions (view, edit, delete, ...)

In the first time, it should behave the same way than the Livetable (display links to static pages of the entry).

The final idea would be that it integrate more seamlessly with the entry selection system and the realtime edition.
