AverageRatingProtectionListener only protect one AverageRating xobject

A dedicated listener is listening by default on Document updates to avoid modifying average ratings information manually. However this listener only works on the first average rating xobject, in case of multiple average (for multiple entities or managers) the other ones are not protected.
