When creating a page from a template the default version is copied instead of the translation

To reproduce:

• setup your wiki in French
• click "Créer" button
• set some page name
• select the "Encyclopédie" template (notice that in the picker the translation is displayed)
• click "Créer" to confirm

-> you end up with the English version instead of the French one

I don't know if it's a regression (I only tried with 12.8) but if it's not the I have a hard time understanding why we have a French translation of all the templates in https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-templates/tree/master/application-templates-ui...
