Description
When a scrollbar exists for the page content footer (for the list of versions or attachments for example), scrolling down is not working properly: the page tries to scroll up to reach the tab anchor.
To reproduce:
- open a fresh instance
- open attachments or history tab (really needed?)
- resize the window so that the footer of the page and the link to the page tabs are not fitting in the same window
- logged in with Admin user
- scroll smoothly to the bottom (as if you were reading the history for example)
Expected result:
- you can scroll without any difficulty to the bottom
Obtained result:
- when you scroll not too fast and release the scroll, the page scrolls up automatically (see attached video)
