The current page is not always correctly highlighted

Steps to reproduce:

• go to a page on the navigation panel, e.g. Home ( Home is highlighted)
• click on "n more..." at the end of the current tree

Expected results:

• the current page "Home" is highlighted

Actual results:

• The "Home" page is not highlighted anymore.
• the unfolded child that was in the location of the "n more..." is highlighted ( in my case SolrLocaleFacet).
• then if you click anywhere no page is highlighted anymore.

The highlight is a slightly different color and a grey box on hover. Here by highlight I mean on the text color on the current page from the navigation panel. In order to better see this issue some theme work better than other.
