Notifications (activity stream) on the dashboard displays in the language of the main wiki on the subwiki

    Description

      How to reproduce:

      • set the language of the main wiki to english
      • create a subwiki with language set to french

      The activity stream of the subwiki, on the Dashboard page of the subwiki, will display in english, while the rest of the UI is in french. This applies to the UI messages of the notifications macro but also to the titles of the pages.
