Inconsistent styling on Suggest filter box for Live Data Macro

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Edit a page in Wiki/Source mode
2. Paste the following:

3. Observe the sizes of the Suggest filter boxes on the table

EXPECTED RESULTS

The Suggest filter boxes are consistent (have the same sizes).

ACTUAL RESULTS

The 'Last Author' filter box is smaller than the others.
