The link displayer is not consistent with the live table behavior

The "link" live table column property supports more values (e.g. link="edit") and also a fallback (e.g. link="auto" looks for "<columns>_url" and falls back on "doc_url"). We need to implement this in the live data link displayer in order to preserve the behavior.
