Break the XAR build if translation pages have attachments, objects or class definition

Attachments and objects are shared by all page translations ATM and so they should be stored only on the default page translation. Class definitions should be stored also on the default translations only.

We should break the build if we detect attachments, objects or class definition on a page translation.
