Allow to perform a warning log for deprecation in scripts with the proper check

We introduced with XCOMMONS-1824 the capability to disable deprecated logs, so we should now use this configuration when logging a warning for a deprecation. However we don't have yet any script service for checking this configuration, so we should actually add a new method to allow performing the log warning with the check performed automatically to simplify the usage.
