Clicking "Create" button in Create Page view is sometimes not taken into consideration the first time

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login with an Advanced user
      2. Go to Home page
      3. Click 'Create' button
      4. Type the name of a page
      5. Click "Create' button

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      The page is displayed in edit mode.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      Sometimes clicking the 'Create' button (Step 5) is not taken into consideration the first time, but only when clicking again on it.

      Also, the green 'Ok.' check which is displayed under the 'Title' and 'Location' field is displayed only for Simple users, but not for Advanced users.

      Reproduced on 12.10.3, 12.10.4 and 13.1 SNAPSHOT.
