Using Enter in Create Page does not submit the form

For this use case:

Go to Sandbox
Click on Create page
Type in the page name field and do not get out of the field
Click Enter
The form will not be submitted
If you click enter a second time, the form is submitted

This issue seems also to happen when clicking on the Create button which needs to be clicked twice but does not reproduce each time.
