The links to missing translations from the Information tab should lead to the in-place editor

    Description

      The links currently take you to the standalone edit mode. It should do this only when in-place editing is not possible (e.g. the user prefers the wiki editor). Otherwise it should open the translation page in view mode and trigger the in-place editing.
