Admin Rights UI : rights of local users/groups are not updated properly if prefixed with the wiki name

    Description

      The usecase is exactly the one from XWIKI-9730 , but after seeing the rights displayed for fully prefixed users / groups, a modification is made to one of those rights: for example, changing an "allow view" in a "deny view" and then clicking again on the box to inherit it (empty the box), for one of the fully prefixed users / groups.

      No error will be displayed by the UI, but upon refresh of the page, the rights will be back again (and the "allow view" was actually never removed).
