    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Open Chrome (or Edge browser)
      2. Go to a page containing a (longer list) drop-down, it reproduces also on https://test.xwiki.org, for example on https://test.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Syntax/PageWebHome%20equivalent%20to%20Page?sheet=QA.ExecutionAddSheet)
      3. Click on the drop-down and try to select a value
      4. Open the drop-down again (or another drop-down if exists) and try to select a  value on it as well in a rather short time

      EXPECTED RESULTS

The drop-down is responsive and values can be selected without any delay (or a very small one, maybe in case the drop-down is very long and located on a remote server).

      ACTUAL RESULTS

The drop-down list becomes stuck for some time, sometimes is unresponsive for a longer time, which causes the page to become unresponsive as well.

The issue is, however, more visible on longer list drop-downs.

I've noticed that on smaller ones that if certain time passes after it's opened it becomes responsive until the next opening.

I don't remember to have had this problem before, maybe it's related to the latest Chrome/Edge updates.
