Making version summaries mandatory requires a hard refresh (clear cache)

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Go to Administer Wiki > Editing > Edit Mode
      3. On Versioning Section, set 'Enable Version Summaries' to Yes
      4. Set the 'Make Version Summaries Mandatory' to Yes
      5. Click 'Save'
      6. Edit a wiki page; it doesn't matter if you're using the Wiki Editor, Inline Form, Standalone WYSIWYG or In-place. Type some characters
      7. Click 'Save & View'

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      When saving the page, the user is prompted with a message box to enter a brief description of the changes made.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The prompt box is not displayed unless you do a hard refresh of the page (or clear the browser cache).
