In-place editor doesn't obey mandatory titles

    Description

      Follow this steps to reproduce:

      • Login as Admin
      • Go to Administer Wiki > Editing > Edit Mode
      • Enable mandatory titles
      • Edit an existing plain wiki page using the in-place editor
      • Clear the title input and save

      Expected results: the save should be prevented.
      Actual results: the page is saved with an empty title.
