Option to remove ids from headings when importing an Office document

Steps to reproduce

• In LibreOffice, create a document with several headings and generate a table of contents for these headings
• Create a page using type "Page from Office"
• In the "Office Importer" screen, select the ODT file you just created

Actual result

In the page content resulting from the import, each heading contains an "id" macro, for example:

Expected result

This issue proposes to provide an option for removing such ids upon import, since in many cases, the ids generated by XWiki are used for referencing sections rather than the original ids.
