    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Create a subwiki with User scope: 'Both global and local users are available in the wiki' and with Membership type 'Open for any user to join'
      3. Create an user (e.g. U1)
      4. Login as U1
      5. Go to Wiki Index
      6. Observe the available options in the Actions column on Live Data table

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      For the subwiki created previously, the available option for the user is '+Join'.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The 'Actions' column is empty, no options are displayed.

      The issue could not be reproduced on XWiki 13.3.
