Wrong classloader used for deserializing messages in remote observation manager

The RemoteObservationManager relies on the network receiver and on jgroups for deserializing the messages, however it's currently using the class classloader, which doesn't contain all the extensions classes: as a result some events sent by extensions might not be deserialized because the class cannot be found.
