RecordableEventListener only consider components installed on the farm

We should be able to declare a RecordableEventConverter in an extension so that it's taken into account in the RecordableEventListener. However it seems that our listener used the root component manager instead of the context component manager, making it impossible to use the converters installed in extension on a single wiki.
