Starting an XWiki instance with lots of wikis take too long

    Description

      What I did:

      • Created 300 wikis with XWIKI-9833
      • Edited xwiki.cfg to prevent DB migrations
      • Started XWiki
      • Result: the init progress stayed stuck on 100% for a long time (about 10-15 mn)
