Template space preferences are not copied when a non-admin creates a page from a template provider using a non-terminal template

Steps to reproduce

• Create a template comprising nested pages as described in the documentation
• Configure a custom theme for the template
• Create a template provider using this template
• Create a page using this template provider, as a user with edit right in the wiki and without admin right

Expected result

• The created page hierarchy uses the theme defined in the template

Actual result

• The created page hierarchy uses the default theme, because the template's WebPreferences are not copied
