Edit button must be unaccessible for keyboard while in edit mode

    Description

      We faced an a11y issue while BITV examination (german wcag).

      If you pressed edit and are in inline edit mode you still can access the edit button by keyboard navigation (tabulator). That shouldn't be possible.

      That problem exists in wysiwyg editor too.
