Cannot display icons on reset password template

The reset password template fails to display any icons without outputing any error in console or javascript console.

The problem is actually related with Skinx which wrongly expects that the context document is always provided, so it throws a NPE when it's not the case, this error is then silently swallowed by the PluginManager.
