Allow users to set the image resolution for the office macro

Before upgrading the jodconvertor, we used to have the following (hackinsh) procedure to change the resolution for the office macro image resolution: https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Office%20Macro#HConfiguration

We should offer the user a configuration option to update this value.
