Links refactoring of renamed pages does not work when referencing root spaces

Reproduction steps:

Create two pages, with references PageA.WebHome, and PageB.WebHome (so located at the root of the wiki), and add two links to PageA in PageB:

[[PageA]] [[PageA.WebHome]] 

Both links points to the same page with the same url. But if PageA is renamed to PageA1, only the second link is updated correctly. This is not true if the renamed page is located at the root.
