Resizing columns in Live Data makes the column title too small

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the wiki index
2. Drag the handle between the Description and Owner column to the left

Expected behavior:

The column title "Description" (mostly) fills the width of the column.

Actual behavior:

The column title is shortened even though there is still enough place because its container is smaller than the column width (see attached screenshot).

The problem here seems to be that the column title is resized instead of the actual column. However, the column title is not the primary way for the browser to determine the width of the table column.

I can reproduce this with 13.10.3 and 14.1 but I suspect this issue is much older.
