DocumentDocumentReferenceUserReferenceSerializer should serialize guest user reference to null

The specification of guest user reference is that the document reference for guest user should be null: that's what we use through our APIs, so this serializer should also serialize GuestUserReference to a null document reference, and not to an XWikiGuest document reference.
