The 'Edit' popover button should be enhanced for short titled entries in a Live Data table

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to Sandbox.WebHome
2. Create a child page with a very short name (e.g. A)
3. On Sandbox page, click on 'More Actions' > 'Children'
4. Hover the mouse over the short titled page and observe the appearance of the 'Edit' popover button

EXPECTED RESULTS

The 'Edit' popover button is displayed right below the (short) entry name (e.g. A), enabling the user to click it more easily and more intuitively.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The 'Edit' popover button appears in the middle of the column, making it more difficult to be clicked by the user (see the screenshot).

If the mouse cursor is moved diagonally from the title of the entry to the button, there are chances that it disappears before the mouse reaches it. 

This also reproduces on the older XWiki versions.
